Technical Sales Manager
Paper & Food Packaging Division | Framingham, MA | Full Time
Your day-to-day:
- As the Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing DetraPel’s business with new customers
- You will conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs to help expand our business
- You will meet agreed targets for new business growth from selected customers across target industries
- You will work closely with CEO and Chief Research & Development Officer to develop a go-to-market strategy for each business and product line
- You will provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process
- You will manage the day-to-day sales activities and drive sales growth through planning, technical support, outreach, and ongoing account management
- You will establish and develop relationships with new business prospects
- You will grow sales organization and functions
- Additionally, you will build deep relationships to address customer needs

You'll fit right in if:
- You have 7+ years of technical sales experience in the paper or textile industry
- You have demonstrable success in building and executing product growth and sales growth plans exceeding quantitative/financial targets
- You have a technical degree in sciences or engineering; will consider experience in lieu of a degree
